Cornell ILR Executive Education programs translate the research of our world-class faculty into practical concepts and tools designed to enhance organizational competitive advantage.

Cornell’s ILR Executive Education programming recognizes this and is intentionally designed to be both highly flexible and operationally practical. This unique combination of “Ivy League” theory and “Real World” practicality enables us to help organizations respond to the complicated business challenges they face on a daily basis. Our programs are geared to both intact HR teams as well as individual mid- to senior-level HR executives and business leaders.  They range from one day to one week in length and can be delivered worldwide.  We offer programs that emphasize the sharing of ideas, experiences, and practices across organizations as well as programs that are customized to an organization’s competitive needs and HR development goals.
