Cancellation and Substitution Policy

All cancellation requests must be received in writing by ILR Customer Service. Full refunds of paid program fees can be obtained up to 30 days before the program start date. Any cancellations or requests for transfers and substitutes received 30 days or less from the program start are subject to the fees as described below.

ILR Executive Education reserves the right to limit enrollments or cancel a program regardless of acceptance status. In the unlikely event of a course cancellation, paid program fees will be refunded. ILR Executive Education is not responsible for any travel, hotel or other related expenses accrued by the program registrant.

Transfer and Substitution Policy

Requests to transfer to an alternate program offered by ILR Executive Education must be received in writing at least 30 days before the program start date to avoid a fee and will be considered on a case-by-case basis subject to the program availability and requirements. Transfer requests received 29 to 14 days before the program start date are subject to a fee of 50% of the program fee. Any balance remaining after the fee will be applied toward your payment in the new program. Please note that there may be an additional charge to cover the cost of the new program.

Qualified substitutes for registrations can be accommodated with written notice in advance of the program start. All participant substitutions are subject to the sole discretion of ILR Executive Education and will be reviewed on an individual basis, based on participant qualifications and lead time needed for any program pre-work.
