About Elona Pira


Elona serves as a member of design and delivery teams of custom learning programs. She partners closely with clients and faculty to develop high impact in-classroom and virtual learning.

Prior to this role, Elona was with the Conference Board where she built an expansive background in Executive Talent Management, Learning and Development and Organizational Performance. She holds a dual Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Applied Psychology and a Masters of Arts in Humanities and Social Thought from New York University.
