About Karen T. Siewert
Karen plays an integral role in leading client engagement, design and implementation of custom Human Resource programs. In her role managing the implementation of a global HR academy for a major Executive Education client, Karen has collaborated with faculty and team members on developing and implementing an innovative learning architecture and experiential virtual learning. Her work has established a foundation for global virtual learning platforms.
Prior to joining ILR Executive Education full-time in March, Karen was an organizational consultant with Axiom Consulting Partners, Sibson & Company, American Management Services and Accenture. She has extensive experience working across a broad range of industries developing talent management solutions, including talent planning initiatives, performance management, sales incentive rewards, competency models and career paths. Karen has a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics with a minor in sociology from Wellesley College.
